Shipping Policy:

Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday) for processing unless otherwise noted at the home page and top of the website. You will not receive your tracking until your order is processed on our end.

Turnaround time is subject to change depending on sales and order volume. Please check Southern Rose Creations Facebook page for up-to-date turnaround time.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Please keep this in mind before contacting me for order statuses.

• I consider my business hours Monday - Friday

• Weekends and Federal Holidays do not count as business days.

• Once a shipping label is created, please allow 24-48 hours for “movement” as USPS acceptance into their system may vary.

• Once a shipping label is created, orders may not be dropped off until the following business day.

I DO NOT guarantee shipping times. Please note that once an order is sent, it is out of my control, and anything concerning your package should be followed up with USPS. Packages may take longer during peak times such as holidays.

Please assure that your address is correct, as the one I am given is the one that will be used.

All shipping is currently based on weight, unless otherwise specified.

I reserve the right to change this policy as and when I see fit, and upon using my services you agree to this.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Southern Rose Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages:

Southern Rose Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Therefore, I highly recommend selecting an insured and trackable mail service at checkout. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Southern Rose Creations will not refund or exchange any molds or freshies with self-inflicted damages.

Refund Policy:

Due to the custom nature of the products and that all orders are made after being placed. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Any exceptions will be made at my sole discretions.

All molds are handmade, and hand poured at the time of an order being placed. Small and superficial imperfections may occur including: 3-D printing lines, microscopic bubbles, microscopic debris, incomplete lines, stray glitter, etc.

I quality control each mold and freshie to the best of my ability to make not large defects occur.

If you are using the molds for anything other than freshies (chocolate or food related) PLEASE let me know as the molds, I offer are only for freshies at this time. Any failure to let me know is not Southern Rose Creations fault for sending out a mold that is not useable for food.

Damages or Defects:

If there is a large defect AND your freshie is compromised as a result, please contact me immediately with a picture. I want to make it right and will happily send out a new mold or freshie. If a refund is requested, I will send you a return label, and once product is received, I will issue a refund.

I am only human, and I can miss things so please contact me immediately if you have any issues so I can make it right.

Hours of Operation:

I accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because I am a one-person company, I am not always immediately available to answer your emails or messages (though I do try my best). I will respond to you within 24 hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you may have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed. Please contact me with any questions you might have.

Molds:

All molds can be used for Freshies, Soaps, Candles, Resin, and is NOT food safe. All molds are heat resistant up to 480 degrees.
